PROJECT MANAGEMENT

MICROGAS total project management operates from conception to completion through the design, installation, commissioning and client
training stages. A designated project manager will be responsible
for all aspects of the contract in particular:

- Health and Safety
- CDM Regulations
- Quality Assurance
- Co-ordination		 - Planning
- Critical Path Analysis
- Fast Track Programming
MICROGAS project managers will, during the various stages of a
contract utilise the professional skills and experience of colleagues
including:
- Installation engineers
- Project engineers
- Construction Supervisors
- Health and Safety Manager
- Quality Assurance Manager
- Commissioning Validation Engineers
